Have you always wanted to try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but have been too intimidated to join a general class? We get it. Walking onto a mat full of seasoned competitors is intimidating.
That’s how people get discouraged or hurt. We built the 8-Week intro program specifically to solve this problem.
This isn't a "free trial" where you get thrown to the sharks. This is where you will learn the foundational map of Jiu Jitsu in a safe, controlled environment.
What Makes This Course Different?

SAFE ENVIRONMENT: There is strictly zero live sparring (rolling) in this 8-week course. You will only drill specific, controlled techniques.

COHORT LEARNING: You will start with the exact same group of 15 beginners on day one and finish together on week eight. You are building a team.

ELITE COACHING: This isn't led by a junior belt. You are taught directly by Professor Estefan, the highest-regarded technical coach in the Barrie area. And Coach Jason, a Stasis black belt

PERFECT FOR BUSY PROFESSIONALS: We scheduled this during prime Tuesday (7:00pm) and Thursday (8:00pm) evening slots specifically for busy adults.
